Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Super23Clean, we value our clients’ time and trust. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to make the process of cancelling or rescheduling as smooth as possible.

1. Cancellations

● Clients may cancel or reschedule their cleaning appointment at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty.● Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service price, as our staff and time are reserved for you.

2. Refunds

● If you prepaid for a service and cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment, you are eligible for a full refund.● If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, a partial refund (50%) will apply, unless otherwise agreed.● If our team is unable to deliver the service due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund or complimentary rebooking.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

● For the first cleaning with us, we work by the hour with your consent. And we clean the areas you wish. After cleaning, please check our work immediately. ● If you are unable to do this, we can send photos or video , so you can see for yourself.● When you become our regular customer and can see within 24 hours after cleaning some our mistake we will back and fixed it.

4. No-Show Policy

If our team arrives and is unable to access the property due to client-related reasons (locked doors, no one present, etc.), this will be treated as a last-minute cancellation, and a fee of 50% of the service price may apply.
