● Appointments can be scheduled through phone, email, or our online booking form.● We require accurate contact details and service address to confirm bookings.● You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property during scheduled cleaning.

3. Pricing & Payments

● Pricing will be communicated at the time of booking or consultation.● Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.● Accepted payment methods: cash, e-transfer.● We reserve the right to adjust pricing for additional services requested during or after the initial booking.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

● At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.● Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.● If our team cannot access your property at the scheduled time due to no fault of ours, a service fee may apply.

5. Client Responsibilities

● Ensure pets are secured and valuables are safely stored before cleaning.● Inform our team of any fragile items or areas requiring special care.● Report any dissatisfaction or issues within 24 hours so we can address them promptly.

6. Liability & Limitations

● While we take great care, Super23Clean is not responsible for pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or items that were unstable or improperly secured.● We carry insurance to protect against accidental damage or injury caused by our staff.● We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, logos, images, and design, is the property of Super23Clean and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

8. Privacy
